Winemaking
This rosé comes from a combination of Grenache Noir (85%), Mourvèdre (10%) and Syrah (5%). It is vinified at controlled temperature (16°C), which offers both fineness and aromatic complexity.
 
Tasting notes
The Château Fontvert 2011 rosé stands out with a beautiful balance between fullness and freshness. The nose is very expressive, with dominant aromas of white peach and tropical fruits, while the mouth is fresh, long and smooth.
 
Food pairings
This wine is perfect with all your summer dishes (raw vegetables, salads, grilled meat...) and can easily be served with Provençal specialties or with appetizers. We recommend serving between 8 and 10°C.
