This rosé comes from a combination of Grenache Noir (70%), Cinsault (20%), Syrah (5%) and Mourvèdre (15%). It is vinified at controlled temperature (16°C), which offers both fineness and aromatic complexity.
 

Tasting notes
The Château Fontvert 2016 rosé stands out with a beautiful balance between fullness and freshness. The nose is very expressive, with dominant aromas of white peach and tropical fruits, while the mouth is fresh, long and smooth.
 
Ageing potential

Food pairings
This wine is perfect with all your summer dishes (raw vegetables, salads, grilled meat...) and can easily be served with Provençal specialties or with appetizers. We recommend serving between 8 and 10°C.

Winemaking
This rosé comes from our best Grenache Noir juice pressing Fermented at controlled temperature (16°C) in oak barrels.
 

Tasting notes
The Château Fontvert Mourre Rose 2016 has a particulary pale color, almost colorless. The nose is very expressive, with dominant aromas of white fruits and flowers, while the mouth is affluent with concentrated aromas, while maintaining delicacy.
 
Ageing potential
4 to 5 years
 
Food pairings
This noble wine is perfect with fresh cheeses, fowls, veal and also shells. You can easily be served at appetizers. We recommend serving between 8 and 10°C.
