The vathouse

Our winery, inaugurated for the 2004 harvest, benefits from a high vat volume and all the most recent equipment : vibrating sorting table, pneumatic press, automatic temperature regulation of the vats (hot and cold)… All of these assets guarantee an efficient and rigorous work of our products.

The ageing cellar

A 250 square meter cellar, where the temperature (about 16°C) and the humidity (80%) are kept constant all year long, has been built to guarantee optimal conditions for the ageing of our wines.
