Blend of Grenache Noir (65%) and Cinsault (35%).
Fermented at controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing of 4 months on fine lees.

Tasting notes
The Château Fontvert rosé 2022 stands out with a beautiful balance between fullness and freshness. The nose is very expressive, with dominant aromas of white peach and tropical fruits, while the mouth is fresh, long and smooth.

Food pairings
This wine is perfect with all your summer dishes (raw vegetables, salads, grilled meat…) and can easily be served with Provençal specialties or with appetizers. We recommend serving between 8 and 10°C.

Winemaking
This rosé comes from our a selection of our best Grenache Noir grapes. It is fermented at controlled temperature (16°C) in oak barrels then aged for 5 months with regular stirrings of the lees.

2 to 3 years

Tasting notes
Le Mourre Rose 2021 has a particulary pale color, almost colorless. The nose is very expressive, with dominant aromas of white fruits and flowers, while the mouth is affluent with concentrated aromas, while maintaining delicacy.

Food pairings
This noble wine is perfect with fresh cheeses, fowls, veal and also shells. You can easily be served at appetizers. We recommend serving between 8 and 10°C.
